Emma Clegg Ceramics

We've just received these wonderful pieces of work from Emma Clegg and we've all gone a little gaga!
Drawing inspiration from an Edward Raby porcelain piece found beneath New Cross in Park Street in Bristol, Emma creates these apparently delicate forms from individually sculptured porcelain flowers.

But don't be fooled! They may appear to be delicate, but after a firing at 1280 degrees, they're actually very robust!
Emma Clegg's collection of handmade pieces includes vases, jars, plates, cups, jugs... have a look on www.emmaclegg.co.uk to see more.
